Job Summary
Senior Technology Auditor role focusing on evaluating and improving technology and security controls within a leading financial institution. Responsibilities include executing the approved Audit Plan, acting as Lead Reviewer or team member on high-risk reviews, performing data analytics to enhance audit coverage, assessing cloud, mobile, and web application security (AWS, Azure, GCP; Android/iOS), and leveraging automation to improve audit efficiency. The candidate will supervise and guide teams, communicate findings to stakeholders, and maintain adherence to audit standards. Requires strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, hands-on experience with virtualization, Linux/Unix, web technologies (Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML), data analytics tools (ACL, Qlik Sense, Tableau), and a minimum of 8 years in technology audit or IT security. Education of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification is required, with professional certifications (CISSP/CISA mandatory; CCNA required; VCP required; web security certifications advantageous). - CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) – required
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent/higher – required
- VCP (VMware Certified Professional) – required
- OWASP / OSWE / GIAC GWAPT or equivalent web application security certification – an advantage
