Job Summary
Oversee Treasury Operations Change initiatives aligned with the Bank's strategy, managing both regulatory and business-driven changes. Responsibilities include managing the India Treasury Operations CTB team, presenting project statuses to senior stakeholders, and engaging proactively with various operational partners. Key skills required include project management, business analysis, and proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office. Candidates should have significant experience in financial services, particularly in FX or Cash Management, along with strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory Graduate level education e.g., a bachelor's degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 6 years worked as Project Manager / Business Analyst within the Back Office / Middle Office Operations space
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services domain, ideally within FX or Cash Management
- Extensive knowledge of methodologies and tools (Agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
- Experience of agile (scrum) methodology
- Proven experience in PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven track record of delivering complex business analysis in a Financial Services environment
- Proven work experience and knowledge of Operational processes (trade capture, confirmation, settlements, lifecycle management)
