Job Summary
The VP, Treasury Management Product Manager is responsible for managing assigned Treasury Management products, focusing on product strategy based on market insights and client needs. Key responsibilities include managing FX product capabilities, developing policies to mitigate risks, leading FX operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing process improvements for service quality. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields, have extensive experience in FX Operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- Minimum of 5 years’ exposure to FX Operations and all FX related products
- Advance knowledge of Foreign Exchange products and transactions and Deposit Account regulatory and compliance requirements
- Strong FX Operations knowledge
- Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities with accomplishment of efficiency gains/cost savings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent decision-making, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build effective relationships internally with multiple business units
Desired Qualifications
- CTP certification, preferred
