Job Summary
Act as the single point of accountability for assigned centres, overseeing operational and service delivery while reviewing and implementing work processes, procedures, and audit controls. Manage the customer base and operating complexities within the centre, leading and driving sales performance on an individual and team basis to achieve overall business objectives and targets. Ensure needs-based selling and service compliance in accordance with regulatory and internal audit/security requirements, effectively deploying resources to maximize productivity. Inculcate a high performance culture to attract, develop, and retain high-performing sales and service staff. This role requires a degree holder with minimum 8 years of banking experience, preferably with a track record in offshore ASEAN sales management and high net-worth client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree Holder
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in banking and finance industry
- Good track record in sales management
- Proven success leading sales management teams with minimum 4 years of managerial experience
- Ideally in the offshore ASEAN market
- Prior high net-worth client engagement experience in this region
- Good knowledge of financial costing
- P&L management
- Business marketing strategies and techniques
- Strong leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills
- People management skills
- Ability to relate and manage all levels of staff
