Job Summary
Lead CLEAR’s travel partnership strategy and execution, owning partner strategy, pipeline development, commercial structuring, and lifecycle management across airlines, online travel agencies, hospitality brands, loyalty programs, and related travel ecosystems. Build executive-level relationships, drive enrollment growth, revenue, and market expansion, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to evaluate opportunities, influence roadmaps, and ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives. Establish scalable operating mechanisms, reporting frameworks, and performance management to illuminate enrollment generation and partnership impact. Represent CLEAR as a travel industry leader and identify emerging trends and risks to inform long-term growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record in travel, consumer, subscription, marketplace, or technology businesses.
- Strong understanding of the travel ecosystem including airlines, hospitality, OTAs, loyalty programs, and distribution channels.
- Experience negotiating and managing complex strategic commercial agreements.
