VP, Transaction Management - Corporate Sector Lending

Job Summary
Conduct financial and credit analysis on existing and prospect clients, building models with sensitivity analysis and validating key assumptions. Review due diligence, summarizing findings and performing analytics while interfacing with TA&C on ratings and credit applications. Negotiate term sheets, support loan syndication efforts, and coordinate deal closing including final CPs and obtaining loan documents. Prepare business comparables, analyze debt structures and pricing, and review legal documentation to validate key terms. Interfacing with loan operations, treasury, and the lending centre of excellence to verify limit availability and compliance with internal policies. Mentor Analysts, trainees, and Interns in their professional development while attending client team meetings and due diligence calls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/accounting/management (or similar)
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Prior knowledge and/or exposure to corporate lending
- Experience in corporate loan origination and execution
- Strong credit skills and understanding of debt capital markets
- Collaborative and inclusive team player with consistent high marks on Orange Code behaviour
