Job Summary

Manage a complex portfolio of commercial real estate transactions by implementing strategic plans, negotiating leases, and coordinating field resources for acquisitions, disposals, and renewals across North America. Lead project initiation, prioritize assignments, and draft analyses including financial projections and RFPs to enable client decision-making. Track transaction activity, prepare commission forecasts, and maintain project tracking systems while managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Requires 10+ years of experience, an active real estate license, and availability for cross-timezone calls and travel. WFH in Wisconsin, Texas, or Florida; salary $175,863–$190,000.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience
  • Active real estate license (otherwise must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment)
  • Advanced computer software applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective and persuasive presentation ability on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, proof reading, and multi-tasking skills
  • Availability to attend regular calls across time zones
  • Ability to travel as needed for site tours, regional meetings, and other business requirements
  • Ability to manage dozen projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA preferred
  • Working knowledge of AI and large language model (LLM) tools, with the ability to apply them to research, analysis, and workflow efficiency (agents)
