Job Summary
The Vice President, Total Rewards leads strategy, design, governance, and delivery of total rewards programs—covering compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS—with a primary focus on North America. Responsible for ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business and financial objectives, while advising executive leadership and supporting global reward initiatives. Key activities include leading total rewards strategy, guiding executive leadership on market competitiveness, developing and directing teams across compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS, supporting M&A integration, overseeing North America benefits programs (retirement and health & welfare), managing plan design and governance with vendors, ensuring ACA/5500 compliance, leading Open Enrollment and communications, overseeing payroll operations and audits, managing HRIS configuration (including ADP), conducting benchmarking and analytics for pay decisions, and sustaining data integrity and reporting across payroll, benefits, and time & attendance. The role requires deep expertise in total rewards, ADP HRIS, data analytics, and cross-functional leadership in a matrixed environment; reports to CHRO and oversees teams across benefits, compensation, payroll, and HR systems. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or HR certification preferred; 10+ years of leadership experience in related domains; strong experience with HRIS integrations and governance.
