VP, Ticket Sales & Service

Job Summary
Develop and execute local market ticketing strategies to achieve sales targets for season memberships, group packages, suites, and individual game tickets. Oversee the full sales activation lifecycle, including pricing, packaging, retention campaigns, and seat relocation plans, while managing eight local Directors of Ticket Sales & Service. Coordinate with Business Intelligence to monitor sales activities, review revenue and retention goals, and distribute CRM leads efficiently. Facilitate industry best practices across UFL markets, solicit customer feedback, and lead efforts to hire and train local staff. Attend weekly games during the season and playoffs to support team-level sales efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, marketing, business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience working in ticket sales with a collegiate and/or professional sports franchise or facility
- five (5) years management experience overseeing sales teams
- Minor league and/or start-up or new venue development experience
- Experience managing and overseeing multiple sports properties
- experience in sports or entertainment event ticket pricing, packaging, resourcing, and selling
- Proficiency in Archtics Ticketing System, Google Suite, Microsoft Office 365, CRM databases
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Competitive nature and a contagious, positive attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and establish systems and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, professionalism and a passion for the sports industry
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Moderate Travel (<30% travel): UFL markets, games, and events as needed
- During the season this role will be required to attend weekly games in our team markets as well as during the playoffs
- Work requires the ability to lift/carry objects routinely as follows: Light Lifting: No lifting of objects weighing more than 15 pounds on a regular basis
