Job Summary
Drive strategic planning and execution by partnering with Technology leadership to define annual priorities, translate objectives into initiatives, and track progress against measurable outcomes. Manage the operating rhythm through leadership meetings, steering committees, and governance forums, while preparing executive communications for board updates and audit forums. Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and business teams to resolve issues and accelerate delivery. Oversee the technology priority portfolio, tracking major programs, vendor efforts, platform investments, and budgets. Support financial and resource discipline by partnering with Finance and Procurement on budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization. Strengthen risk visibility by tracking audit findings and regulatory commitments. Provide leadership to employees and workstream leads, escalating concerns to direct managers as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, financial services, enterprise operations, strategy execution, program management, business management, or a related leadership role
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, leading enterprise initiatives, and driving accountability across all technology teams without always having direct authority
- Strong working knowledge of technology operating models, portfolio management, governance routines, risk and control practices, vendor oversight, and financial management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology topics into clear business language for executive and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage confidential information, exercise sound judgment, prioritize competing demands, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including high-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and collaboration tools
- Employment with The Bancorp Bank, N.A. includes successfully passing a background check including credit, criminal, education, employment, OFAC, and social media background history

- Preferred: experience in a regulated financial institution or similarly complex, risk-sensitive enterprise environment
- Preferred: experience with technology modernization, data, Data Warehouse, application delivery, or enterprise architecture initiatives
