Job Summary
Senior technology delivery leader accountable for execution, reliability, and commercial performance of a complex, highly integrated, and regulated financial-services technology estate. Own end-to-end delivery across multiple segments and vendor ecosystems, manage major incidents and recovery, drive improvements in SDLC, DevOps, quality engineering, and AI-assisted practices, and partner with Architecture, Data, Product, Operations, and Commercial leadership to align delivery with business priorities and regulatory obligations.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years leading technology delivery in complex, regulated environments
- Hands-on and detail-oriented delivery leadership
- Strong people-building and leadership capabilities
- Experience owning technology budgets and P&L inputs
- Experience managing large vendor ecosystems and commercial negotiations
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, quality engineering, and risk management
- Ability to influence executive and regulatory audiences
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
