Job Summary
Build and maintain rolling forecast models to project revenue, expenses, EBITDA, and cash flow, while tracking core metrics like LTV, CAC, and gross margins. Partner with leadership on capital structure planning, execute equity and debt financing, and prepare financial decks for quarterly board meetings and investors. Establish GAAP-compliant accounting policies, oversee month-end closes, and optimize automated finance tools for payroll, billing, and ERP. Base salary ranges from $180,000 to $250,000 with equity, plus comprehensive health benefits and generous time off. Requires 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup and direct fundraising exposure. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup
- Direct experience preparing companies for institutional venture capital rounds
- Prior background in investment banking, venture capital, corporate FP&A, or public accounting
- Elite-level financial modeling skills
- Experience with platforms like NetSuite, Quickbooks, Rippling, Carta, or Mosaic
