Manage a portfolio of affordable housing properties by evaluating operating performance, conducting site inspections, and overseeing compliance with state agencies and local regulations. Direct oversight of property management functions to identify improvement strategies, review financial statements and capital budgets, and track investor site visits. Execute acquisition, refinance, re-syndication, and disposition strategies while monitoring cash flow deficits and audit findings. Report on physical conditions, market trends, and risks to the President and stakeholders. Requires 3+ years of real estate experience, financial acumen, and proficiency in Excel.
