Job Summary
Lead development, evolution, and delivery of the new Integrated Platform, owning core engineering strategy and execution for architecture, design, and technology decisions. Design, develop, modify, and implement short- and long-term solutions through new and existing applications, systems architecture, and infrastructure. Review system requirements and business processes; code, test, debug, document, and implement software solutions within an Agile environment. Provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise to lead teams with notable risk and complexity. Anticipate internal and external business challenges or regulatory issues; recommend process, product, or service improvements to solve unique and complex problems with broad impact.
Required Qualifications
- Strategic, hands-on leadership to lead the development, evolution, and delivery of a new Integrated Platform
- Ownership of core engineering strategy and execution
- Deep engagement in architecture, design, technology decisions, and delivery
- Design, develop, modify, adapt, and implement short- and long-term solutions to technology needs
- Work with new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems, and applications infrastructure
- Review system requirements and business processes
- Code, test, debug, document, and implement software solutions
- Provide application software development services typically in a defined project
- Develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications
- Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented
- Work in a highly efficient Agile development environment
- Apply theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieve goals through own work
- Provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise
- Anticipate internal and external business challenges and/or regulatory issues
- Recommend process, product, or service improvements
- Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
- Contribute to the development of functional strategy
