Job Summary
Senior Data Product leader to own Snowflake-based data products and semantic models within HR Data & Intelligence. Lead multiple squads to deliver scalable capabilities that enable firmwide workforce decision-making. Define and evolve long-term vision for HR data capabilities and semantic modeling; extend the platform with Cortex-based conversational insights; coach teams and establish standards for governance, data quality, and documentation; oversee lifecycle management of data products and align with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience shaping team practices and product discipline
- Expertise in data product strategy, semantic modeling, or data architecture in cloud data environments (preferably Snowflake)
- Ability to set clear standards for product design, data quality, and modeling practices
- Strong judgment balancing stakeholder needs, technical considerations, and product priorities
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and align on expectations
- Knowledge of data governance, semantic modeling concepts, and modern data-platform practices
- Clear, structured communication skills to translate complex topics for diverse audiences
