Job Summary
Drive D2C growth for a high-revenue company by leading customer acquisition and retention through performance media, paid search, direct response advertising, and lifecycle strategies. Manage the full sales funnel, including video and copywriting that converts to excellent ROI, while leveraging SDR and BDR support to sustainably develop brand awareness and source compliant leads. Oversee the entire customer journey, contributing to operational transformation, coaching, training, and data analytics to ensure satisfied client outcomes. This senior leadership role targets entrepreneurs and small business owners, requiring hands-on expertise in live events, online courses, and masterclasses to scale revenue from $20MM to $80MM+.
Required Qualifications
- Residing within 30-60 minutes from the Downtown / South Austin, Texas area
- Responsible for the D2C growth of similar companies at least once, if not multiple times before, within the $30MM-$80MM+ revenue range
- Expertise in the D2C top of online sales funnel
- Customer / client acquisition strategies and tactics that produced the exponential growth from performance media, paid search, direct response advertising and marketing
- Retention, lifecycle, email, SMS, telemarketing
- Video, short, long form sales copy
- Story telling, benefit selling, and testimonials that convert to excellent ROI and ROAS
- Support of SDR, BDRs
- Understanding of all the touch points in the entire customer journey
- Contribution to the transformation of operations, coaching and training, events, technology, data/analytics, sales, customer service support and success
- Full-time employee in a senior marketing role
- Worked at 2 companies for 3-5+ years each or at least one
- Companies that profitably doubled and doubled again sales revenue in a few years each time
- Targeting individuals: Experienced entrepreneurs and first time business owners
- Part with $2K-$40K+ per event or annual mastermind / masterclass membership with 1-2-1 coaching, 1-2-Many online training courses and live events
