VP Security Strategy – Cybersecurity Leadership

Develop enterprise cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with business growth and digital transformation objectives. Lead cyber risk assessments and coordinate enterprise security initiatives while providing board-level cybersecurity reporting. This executive leadership role reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and requires 12+ years of experience in fintech, SaaS, or technology sectors. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering, with preferred certifications in CISSP or CISM. Compensation ranges from $230,000 to $340,000 base plus bonus and equity. The position is remote or hybrid within the United States.
