Job Summary
VP / Sales Specialist for SPACs and Event-Driven Strategies focused on driving institutional sales, forging strategic relationships, and capitalizing on event-driven market opportunities. Responsible for lead outbound sales efforts for SPACs and event-driven opportunities to institutional investors, hedge funds, and family offices; originate new accounts and onboard clients; articulate SPAC mechanics and sponsor economics; collaborate with SPAC syndication, capital markets, and investment banking teams to ensure deal execution and strategic alignment. Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, deep SPAC/event-driven knowledge, proven ability to open new accounts and generate commission revenue, and a high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset. Licensing: Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) preferred. Location: New York, NY. Compensation includes base draw and uncapped commission.,”
