Job Summary
Lead a team of sales executives driving new recurring revenue and logos by creating opportunities with alternative asset managers, hedge funds, and private credit firms. Manage a centralized database of target accounts, track pipeline opportunities, and implement processes to ensure associates build and convert sales pipelines. Provide coaching and training to deliver tailored pitches, engage staff to understand client operational needs, and cross-functionally guide product enhancements with investment management leadership. Build the global buy-side sales force through recruitment and reporting, craft quotas, and maintain constant awareness of product developments. Participate in client meetings to refine the Broadridge story, lead marketing activities including brand training and campaigns, and attend industry events to strengthen relationships and promote solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the inner workings of front/middle office operations of Hedge Funds and Private Credit managers
- Connectivity to Hedge Fund and Private Credit ecosystem including Prime Brokers, Admins and Advisory firms
- Rolodex of C suite executives at Hedge Funds and Private Credit Firms
- Minimum 10 years of buy side sales management experience selling technology based solutions to the buy side
- Software-as-a-Service and/or Enterprise Platform Sales Experience
- Closing and contract negotiation skills
- Detailed knowledge of products including OMS, Portfolio Management, Risk, Compliance Data Warehouse, Pricing, Reference Data, Accounting, Reconciliation and Reporting, Managed Services
- Ability to take a consultative sales approach to problem solving with prospects and clients
- Ability to travel (50%)
