Job Summary
Vice President of Sales – Walmart & Sam’s Club: lead Hasbro’s multi-billion-dollar retail partnership with Walmart and Sam’s Club, own end-to-end P&L, drive omnichannel growth, category strategy, shopper marketing, and franchise storytelling, and lead a high-performing, geographically distributed team to deliver revenue, profit, and market share growth. Based in Bentonville, AR with a new office in Rogers, AR; collaboration across brand, marketing, insights, and commercial teams to execute joint business plans and strategic partnerships with licensors.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Proven success leading Walmart and/or Sam’s Club businesses at scale
- Deep expertise in category management, shopper marketing, and omnichannel retail
- Strong understanding of digital commerce, retail media, and Walmart’s evolving ecosystem
- Demonstrated success operating within a matrixed organization, influencing across functions
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering sustained, profitable growth
- Exceptional executive presence, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Experience building and leading high-performing, geographically distributed teams
