Job Summary
VP of Growth in healthcare sales leading payer partnerships and growth initiatives. Sell myLaurel solutions to systems, providers, and payers; meet revenue targets; develop and execute sales plans; align sales objectives with business strategy; build and maintain customer relationships; design sales enablement collateral; coordinate meetings and negotiations; collaborate with Analytics, Clinical, Operations, and other departments to drive deals; develop economic models and ROI analyses for clients; travel as needed to advance opportunities; manage a high-impact, quota-driven growth agenda across hospital systems, providers, and payers. Requires 5+ years in value-based contracting/buy-side experience, 5+ years sales management, 10+ years healthcare experience, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years Value Based Payment Contracting or Value Based Buy side experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
- 10 years Hospital and Plan experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation/public speaking skills
- Experience creating professional and compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Able and willing to travel
