Job Summary
The VP - RTL Asset Sr. Manager oversees default servicing functions focusing on Residential Transition Loans, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in loss mitigation, foreclosure, and asset valuation. Responsibilities include monitoring delinquent assets, conducting loss analysis assessments, creating best practice guidelines, managing multiple competing priorities, and collaborating with internal teams and servicers to enhance operational processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mortgage servicing, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years Mortgage experience in at least 3 or more of the following areas: RTL/Fix and Flip Experience, Collections, Loss Mitigation
- Expert knowledge of RTL/Fix and Flip loans
- Advanced knowledge of Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Processes
- Working knowledge of servicing systems, such as LPS, MSP, BlackKnight is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a high level of quality and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities
- Strong team player with professionalism
