Job Summary
Establish business relationships with new mid-market clients to increase bank profit, while achieving assigned profitability targets for assets, liabilities, and cross sales. Deepen existing customer relationships by proactively scouting opportunities for credit, international trade, and liability business. Perform credit analysis and monitor new and existing clients, supervising the preparation of credit applications and grading. Focus on bank penetration by increasing cross sales of trade products, treasury services, and structured finance solutions. Actively follow ESG principles to achieve bank objectives, and in conjunction with seniors, meet potential clients and support marketing activities. Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, upgrading related knowledge as designated by the Department Head.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to establish business relationships with new clients
- Ability to achieve bank profitability targets including Assets/Liabilities/New Customers/Cross Sales
- Ability to deepen business with existing customers by proactively scouting for additional business opportunities
- Ability to increase sales of credit (fund based/non-fund based), international trade & liabilities business including cash flow business
- Ability to perform credit analysis and monitor new and existing clients
- Ability to supervise preparation of credit applications, credit grading, and self-assessment for assigned clients
- Ability to increase cross sales of trade products including FX inflows/outflows, LC, BG, Bill Discounting, Export Finance, Cash Management, and Account Services
- Ability to increase cross sales of Treasury services including remittances and hedges, Project Finance, and Structured Finance products
- Ability to understand and maintain internal compliance requirements
- Ability to upgrade regulation related knowledge in strict compliance with regulatory and internal policies
