Job Summary
Vice President, Revenue Operations responsible for building and leading the operational infrastructure, systems, processes, reporting, and cadence to drive scalable revenue growth across the organization. Reports to the CEO and oversees Marketing, eCommerce, and Inside Sales while partnering with field sales leadership to improve sales effectiveness, operational consistency, customer responsiveness, and overall revenue performance. Key duties include leading forecasting, reporting, dashboards, KPIs, analytics, and revenue performance tracking; identifying and fixing operational gaps; providing revenue-related analysis to guide strategy; supporting go-to-market initiatives; establishing operating cadence for reviews; improving forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility; building scalable dashboards and reporting tools; aligning cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth; defining performance metrics; collaborating with the CEO on visibility into performance and risks; and improving communication, inventory alignment, and customer responsiveness across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales. The role requires strategic, execution-focused leadership with a track record of building structure, accountability, and scalable processes in fast-paced environments; exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills; and proficiency with CRM/ERP and analytics platforms; a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in related roles are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Business/Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Operations, or similar leadership roles
- Experience leading cross-functional operational teams and revenue-related functions
- Experience supporting or leading Marketing, eCommerce, Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or customer engagement preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and reporting)
- Experience with CRM, ERP, reporting platforms, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project/time management skills
- Strong executive presence and communication skills (interpersonal, written, oral, and presentation)
- Background in solar, renewable energy, distribution, industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments preferred
