Job Summary
Lead SSC's end-to-end RevOps function and architect AI-native GTM systems that streamline lead-to-cash across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Own territory design, quota setting, deals desk, and GTM process discipline at scale; redesign MQL-to-SAL handoff by product line; build alerting and data-quality controls in Salesforce; drive customer insights and deals desk operations. Architect and deploy agentic GTM workflows using Claude, Salesforce Agentforce, and supporting tools; own the Salesforce Agentforce implementation roadmap (AI prospecting first, AI quoting next) and ensure user adoption. Build AI-powered lead scoring, ICP-fit routing, and signal-based outbound triggers leveraging threat intelligence; determine when to employ in-house AI tools versus out-of-the-box Salesforce. Develop and own the revenue forecast methodology with high accuracy; automate weekly GTM pulse artifacts and lead executive reviews. Own GTM tech stack data architecture, data hygiene, and SDLC, with Salesforce as system of record, Snowflake as data warehouse, Tableau for analytics, Gainsight for customer insights, and integrations via n8n/Zapier.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading RevOps across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Hands-on experience architecting AI-native GTM workflows
- Strong Salesforce administration/implementation knowledge (Salesforce as system of record)
- Proven forecast accuracy and revenue planning capabilities
- Data architecture and SDLC ownership for GTM tech stack
- Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, and integrations (n8n/Zapier) preferred
