Job Summary
VP, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineer leads SSC’s full RevOps function and builds AI-native GTM systems. Owns lead-to-cash across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with territory design, quota setting, deals desk, and GTM process discipline. Redesigns MQL-to-SAL handoff by product line, builds alerting for data quality in Salesforce, and leads customer insights and the Deals Desk. Architects AI-native GTM workflows using Claude and Salesforce Agentforce, drives the Agentforce implementation roadmap (AI prospecting then AI quoting), and develops AI-powered lead scoring, ICP-fit routing, and signal-based outbound triggers. Owns revenue forecasting methodology and real-time GTM pulse artifacts for leadership, drives weekly CRO pipeline reviews and monthly CFO reporting, and communicates GTM performance to the SLT. Owns the revenue tech stack architecture, data flows, and SDLC, manages Salesforce as the system of record, cultivates Snowflake and Tableau adoption, and leverages Gainsight for GTM insights. Requires experience with Terraform-like governance of data, and a strong track record delivering 5-10% forecasting accuracy over multiple years. Salary range listed reflects base plus bonus; compensation may include equity and other benefits.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading revenue operations at scale

- Strong Salesforce administration and data quality
- Experience architecting GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, Agentforce, Claude/LLMs)
- Proficiency with Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, n8n or Zapier
- Knowledge of lead-to-cash processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Forecasting and analytics capabilities with executive reporting
- Strong data architecture and SDLC ownership for revenue tech ecosystem
- Ability to drive data hygiene and process improvements in CRM and data warehouse
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
