Job Summary
VP of Revenue Operations sought to guide Garner Health’s revenue engine from NYC HQ via remote work with occasional travel. Lead operational planning and architecture for a broker-led and direct/alliances selling motion; own forecasting and capacity modeling; manage day-to-day workflows across the customer lifecycle; establish source-of-truth metrics from top-of-funnel to net revenue retention; drive professional development and a certification ecosystem; maintain an up-to-date knowledge base; evolve the tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.) to track channel attribution and renewal lifecycles; accelerate adoption of new systems and processes across a high-performing revenue team; contribute to a high-growth healthcare technology company with compensation in the $300k–$340k range plus equity and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue or Commercial Operations in a SaaS or technology business
- Proven experience leading Revenue Operations within a high-growth environment that has reached or exceeded $500M in ARR
- Mastery of complex, non-direct sales motions (e.g., channel-led, consultant-driven, or partner-heavy environments)
- Deep expertise across the full customer lifecycle, with a track record of driving operational efficiency in both high-velocity new-logo acquisition and retention motions
- Ability to drive adoption of new systems and processes across a diverse, high-performing revenue team
- Track record of building and maintaining world-class teams; you are a skilled recruiter, mentor, and coach who prioritizes talent development
