Lead remote operations center, performance, and renewable engineering teams to continuously improve Renewable Generation asset performance. Identify asset enhancements to boost operations and availability, while providing insights and informational dashboards to operations personnel regarding turbine faults. Aid in developing documentation for wind turbine operations and maintenance, and manage interdepartmental communications to monitor work completion and reduce component failures. Manage budgets for data systems, tools, and asset performance improvement initiatives.
