Job Summary
VP, Relationship Manager for Private Banking in Indonesia Market. Responsible for growing the business by acquiring and retaining HNW/UHNW clients in Indonesia, implementing geography-focused strategy, building deep understanding of clients’ investment needs, and providing sound financial advice in collaboration with Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists. Act as a strong advisor to clients, strengthening relationships while ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of private banking products and solutions
- Deep expertise and relevant networks in the Indonesia Market
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders
