VP, Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking)

Job Summary
Manage and deepen relationships with corporate and institutional clients, devise service strategies and performance metrics across client delivery units, originate and structure banking loan products and trade finance solutions for mid-to-high revenue institutions, and provide a full range of corporate banking services including loans, letters of credit, and related instruments; act as trusted financial advisor with client needs analysis, and proposals aligned with banking solutions. Requires a Master’s degree and at least 8 years of corporate/commercial banking experience, strong selling and advisory skills, and fluency in Thai and English.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, Accounting, Engineering, Law, Science, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong, long-term client relationships
- Solid understanding of banking products, loan structures, trade finance, and financial markets
- Strong analytical skills with sound knowledge of financial accounting and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken)
