Job Summary
VP Regional Manager, Retail Growth (Suffolk) leads branch networks through strategic sales direction and employee development. Leads Branch Managers, collaborates with AVPs Regional Service and Operations, and partners with Recruiting to ensure full staffing. Drives branch sales, balance sheet growth, member experience, and operational execution while shaping revenue strategies for deposits, lending, and ancillary products. Responsibilities include coaching branches to achieve sales/service excellence, implementing process improvements, guiding real-time coaching, expanding membership within the region, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 7-10 years of progressive leadership in retail banking/financial services with regional or multi-branch responsibility, and an NMLS license. Salary range listed: $155,333 to $194,168 annually.
