Job Summary
Lead talent acquisition for UFC, WWE, PBR, and Zuffa Boxing by managing a team of three recruiters, overseeing strategic search, and directing the early careers internship program. Set recruiting strategies that translate business growth needs into actionable talent plans, then partner directly with hiring managers across these brands to build trusted relationships and maintain a pulse on the candidate market. Drive results by filling high-volume searches efficiently while personally leading searches for senior and critical positions. Scale operations by developing referral programs, driving adoption of AI recruiting tools like Findem and Paradox, and strengthening the employer brand. Build robust talent pipelines by cultivating relationships with top talent ahead of business needs. This role requires 3–4 days in the Stamford office weekly, with frequent NYC visits and regular travel to Las Vegas and Fort Worth. The position reports to the SVP, Global Recruiting.
