VP, RCM Business Operations

Lead and coordinate day-to-day RCM operations with the CRO and other RCM VPs to optimize performance, develop KPI dashboards, and improve metrics such as days in A/R, DSO, and denial rates across oncology, urology, and surgery. Manage end-to-end revenue cycle activities including patient access, prior authorization, coding, charge capture, billing, A/R follow-up, denial management, and payment posting; oversee cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, compliance, and clinical operations. Drive development, production, and communication of KPI usage across the RCM platform, and develop action plans to reduce DSO and improve cash collections. Lead a team of RCM leads, support hiring and training, ensure compliance with CMS, OIG, and HIPAA requirements, and stay ahead of payer trends and regulatory changes. Travel up to 40% is anticipated. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive RCM leadership, with experience supporting multi-site healthcare platforms; familiarity with PM/EHR systems such as OncoEMR, NextGen, eCW, and EPIC is preferred. A strategic, data-driven mindset with strong leadership and change-management skills is essential.
