Job Summary
Provide senior analytical judgement and execution on credit quality for infrastructure, utility, and project finance entities across ASEAN and South Asia, with a focus on higher-complexity mandates in digital infrastructure, transition, and emerging markets. Lead complex credits as the primary analyst, representing the franchise in senior-level outreach to investors, intermediaries, and issuers through speaking engagements at industry conferences and targeted market meetings. Produce comprehensive research, sector outlooks, and visual narratives to drive thought leadership, while managing frequent interactions with senior stakeholders and building consensus across teams and geographies. Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate strategically to strengthen regional team effectiveness, ensuring accurate ratings that enhance transparency in financial markets for essential infrastructure financing.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 10 years of relevant analytical experience, predominantly in a credit role
- demonstrable track record of external outreach and public speaking
- experience presenting at, moderating, or speaking on panels at industry conferences, investor forums, and client events
- confidence and presence to represent the franchise credibly before senior external audiences and the media
- solid understanding of the Infrastructure, utility, and project finance sectors
- knowledge of South & Southeast Asia (SSEA)
- knowledge of digital infrastructure, transition, and complex or credit-enhanced structures
- operating-environment and cultural knowledge of SSEA markets
- proactive, creative problem-solving on complex analytical challenges
- clear, independent and yet, open-minded perspective
- strong writing skills
