Job Summary
Architect and execute global business strategies for the Professional Services portfolio, defining revenue, margin targets, and headcount scaling plans. Engineer core operational frameworks including predictive analytics, resource modeling, and standardized delivery methodologies to drive high-growth revenue and elite margins. Lead the Resource Management Office to optimize staffing velocity and billable utilization while identifying capability gaps and driving strategic talent initiatives. Command monthly and quarterly business reviews, prepare high-fidelity reporting for executive leadership, and synchronize cross-functional efforts across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Support. Define the global technology roadmap for PSA, ERP, and analytics platforms, spearheading automation across forecasting and project governance workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting Ops, or Business Operations within a high-growth tech or enterprise SaaS environment
- Proven track record supporting and scaling a $100M+ global Professional Services portfolio
- Deep expertise in complex software implementation, cloud deployment, and digital transformation lifecycles
- Demonstrated success architecting highly scalable operational processes and global governance models
- Extensive experience leading high-performing, multi-regional operational teams
- Advanced expertise in forecasting, resource architecture, financial modeling, and data-driven process automation
