Job Summary
VP Product to lead and transform Vizzia’s product function across hardware, AI, and two SaaS verticals (Waste and Safety). Drive the next chapter of the product organization by establishing a cascaded strategy, operating model, and empowered squads; own the quality and outcomes of product teams (PMs, Designers, Tech Leads, engineers) and ensure alignment with company objectives. Collaborate closely with the CTPO and executive committee, recruit and coach PMs/Designers, evangelize a culture of impact, and balance hardware cycles with fast SaaS delivery. Paris-based with a minimum of three onsite days per week, overseeing Devices, Waste, Safety, and AI products and ensuring coherence across hardware, embedded AI, cloud platforms, and end-to-end product delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Head of Product or VP of Product (or equivalent senior leadership in product)
- Experience shipping IoT or Hardware-enabled products
- Ability to write and execute a product strategy
- Coaching and developing PMs and Designers across levels
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage executives (CTPO/CEO)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication at senior level
- Experience operating in a fast-growth scale-up environment
- Comfort with hardware-software integration challenges (hardware, embedded AI, cloud, SaaS)
