Job Summary
Own the end-to-end US product roadmap for pay access, savings, budgeting, and credit-building, translating user needs and regulatory context into prioritized plans. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Compliance to ship at pace while defining key metrics. Build and mentor the US Product Management team, recruiting top-tier talent and coaching leaders through complex trade-offs. Drive adoption and retention by partnering with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing, and represent US strategy to the executive team and board. Adapt existing product models for US workers and employers within a high-growth, venture-backed fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management
- 3+ years in senior leadership
- ideally at a high-growth FinTech or financial services scale-up
- Track record building and scaling consumer or workplace financial products at meaningful scale
- Strong PM team leadership: hiring, coaching, performance management
- Comfortable in regulated environments, partnering with Compliance/Legal
- Quantitative and analytical; strong commercial instincts connecting product to revenue and retention
- Excellent cross-functional communicator, Engineering through C-suite
- US-based
- Hybrid, 3 days/week from the New York office
- Own the end-to-end US roadmap from discovery through launch
- Translate user needs, market dynamics, and US regulatory context into a prioritized roadmap
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ship at pace without sacrificing quality or compliance
- Define and own the metrics that matter
- Build, mentor, and grow the US Product Management team
- Coach PMs through complex product, regulatory, and commercial trade-offs
- Recruit top-tier talent as the team scales
- Partner with product leadership in other markets
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to drive adoption and retention
- Engage employer customers directly
- Partner with Compliance/Legal on regulated US financial services
- Represent US product strategy to execs and board
