Job Summary
As VP Product Strategy, you act as the strategic bridge between customers, product development, and market innovation. You translate real-world pricing challenges and market insights into product strategy and help shape how our platform evolves into a category-defining solution for Pricing Performance. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and customers to turn vision into scalable, customer-validated capabilities. Your mission includes defining and evolving the platform roadmap, identifying growth opportunities across the aftermarket ecosystem, embodying the voice of the customer, driving product co-creation with engineering and solution engineering, establishing feedback and innovation loops (including design partners, beta programs, and advisory feedback cycles), leading Customer Advisory initiatives, building a product community, shaping a new Pricing Performance category, and representing the company externally at industry events and customer forums. Your skills should include 10+ years in pricing, product strategy, or enterprise software leadership within B2B, deep knowledge of industrial pricing and pricing workflows, strategic thinking, executive presence, systems thinking (ERP, CRM, CPQ, analytics), cross-functional leadership, and a track record of customer advisory programs and co-creation.
