Job Summary
Executive leader responsible for the strategy, architecture, and delivery of platform engineering and cloud infrastructure to enable product squads. Drives platform strategy, architecture standards for APIs, microservices, and data, and enables developers via tooling, self-service capabilities, CI/CD pipelines, and platform-as-a-product. Partners with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to ensure scalable, reliable, secure platforms that accelerate delivery, improve developer experience, and maintain operational excellence. Focus areas include enterprise-level architecture, DevOps enablement, observability, incident management, and ensuring platform capabilities support fast-moving product squads with minimal reinvention of core capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience (12+ years) in software engineering and platform/infrastructure leadership
- Proven track record building and scaling cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and modern product operating models
- Deep technical expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, DevOps/SRE, container orchestration, observability, and API/service architectures
- Strong strategic and communication skills, with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategy and align diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated success building high-performing engineering teams and driving developer experience and productivity in fast-paced environments
