Job Summary
VP, Product Manager leads the Compliance Workstream product strategy and roadmap, prioritizes features for multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), partners with journey leaders and stakeholders to drive program increments, maintains the solution vision and KPI-driven roadmap, ensures governance and compliance across delivery, and collaborates with cross-functional teams including UX/CX, systems architecture, and legal/compliance to deliver value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (10+ years in Operations/Technology/digital capabilities); or high school diploma with 12+ years of equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in Operations, Technology or digital capabilities
- 8+ years Project and/or Product management across multiple programs
- 3+ years of Leadership experience with cross-functional partners
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Travel willingness as required
