Job Summary
VP Product Manager within the Service Product Group, responsible for shaping the future of product innovation and driving customer value through service technology modernization. Role involves bridging technologies and user needs, defining product strategy and MVPs, guiding multi-disciplinary teams (data scientists, engineers, analysts, software developers), delivering product increments using Agile practices, driving product adoption with executive-level pitches, and maintaining a roadmap that aligns with long-term strategy while ensuring compliance with standards and value delivery. Focuses on discovering customer solutions, building and managing a product backlog, and tracking key success metrics related to cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management or 8+ years equivalent in a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of data science and machine learning principles, and robust understanding of AI technologies
- Strategic Thinking
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
