Job Summary
VP, Product Manager (Secured Lending) for DBS Consumer Banking Group in Asia. Leads strategic portfolio management for Singapore mortgage (affluent clients), overseas property financing, and commercial/industrial mortgage portfolios; drives growth and profitability. Owns full product lifecycle from proposition design to post-launch optimization, develops data-driven acquisition strategies and product bundles to maximize customer engagement and conversion, and utilizes analytics and AI/ML propensity models to refine targeting. Cultivates relationships with internal and external stakeholders, co-leads squads in the Mortgage Performance Cell, and prepares strategic management reports for executive oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably within secured lending or related financial product
- Understanding and appreciation of risk management, credit & secured lending principles, and compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in driving data-led strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team would be a plus
