Job Summary
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cash Management capabilities within Banking & Payments, general embedded finance, and advisor-facing experiences. Lead product discovery and solutioning in partnership with advisors, service teams, operations, and technology to translate business needs into clear requirements. Prioritize features based on advisor impact and business value while collaborating with Agile delivery teams to ensure timely execution. Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements. Drive operational efficiency by reducing manual interventions and supporting readiness for new capabilities across the firm's financial ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 9 years of product management experience in Financial Services or FinTech
- Strong understanding of banking and transaction processing
- Strong SDLC & technical background (SQL, CI/CD, UX design, AWS & Cloud)
- Strong background in banking risk & compliance and fraud
- Strong Agile background influencing cross functional teams to use best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong background building F2B Journeys including with advisor, operations, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making, deliver metrics for executive decisioning
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with CRM platforms, account onboarding solutions, advisor portals, and financial integrations
- Experience with Broker Dealer or Large Retail bank systems
