Job Summary
VP, Product Manager for Business Financial Tools at Chase responsible for defining end-to-end product vision and strategy, MVP scope, multi-year roadmap, and scaling from launch to broad adoption. Own the customer experience for small business card financial tooling, set the vision for an integrated financial management platform, build and lead a product team, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Business Banking partners to drive features to production and deliver measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management developing products and launching at scale
- 3+ years of people leadership experience: hiring, managing and developing product teams across levels
- ability to set strategy and ship features; experience presenting roadmaps to senior leadership and reviewing product specs with teams
- ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Servicing to drive features to production and ensure on-time delivery
