Job Summary
VP, Product Management for W2 and Affiliate advisors responsible for the end-to-end product experience, including intake, prioritization, roadmap development, delivery, and post-launch optimization. Owns centralized intake, backlog, onboarding and office enablement requirements, standards like Network-in-a-Box and Office-in-a-Box, and integration with identity and downstream systems. Serves as Product Owner during PI planning, defines launch readiness and go-to-market activities with Communications and Training, tracks adoption metrics, and partners with Technology, EPMO, Compliance, and Service to improve advisor onboarding and office readiness. Requires 8+ years in product management/ownership, 5+ years delivering in a cross-functional environment, Agile/SAFe experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. Compensation range $135,960.00 - $226,600.00 with a hybrid work arrangement in multiple US locations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end product delivery within a cross-functional environment (Technology, Operations, Compliance)
- Experience owning and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks in an Agile environment
- Experience serving as Product Owner in PI planning and delivery execution processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
