Job Summary
As the Head of Product Management & User Experience, you will drive the unified product strategy and oversee a multi-year roadmap, enhancing and scaling Prosper's lending products and credit card portfolio. You will lead the Product Analytics and Science functions to derive insights from data, ensuring compliance and innovation in product design. This role requires strong executive leadership and collaboration across departments to deliver optimal user experiences and meet financial goals. Candidates should have significant experience in FinTech and managing dual-sided ecosystems, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product
- At least 5 years at a VP or Director level
- Experience managing a combined organization of Product, Design, and Data/Analytics professionals
- Track record of driving significant revenue growth
- Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in product analytics frameworks
- Strong advocate for UX best practices

- Master's degree or MBA
