Job Summary
Own and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the AHS portfolio, prioritizing customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Define and steer the global AHS strategy and innovation roadmap, setting investment priorities, resource allocation, and balancing lifecycle management with phase-out activities. Lead cross-functional execution with Product Development, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure delivery against scope, timelines, and business objectives. Govern the complete product lifecycle, including rationalization and phase-out decisions, while monitoring revenue, profitability, and portfolio health. Sponsor key launch initiatives to maximize market impact and support successful adoption across global markets.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business, Business Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, or a comparable leadership role
- Entrepreneurial leader with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven experience managing complex product portfolios in an international matrix organization
- Strong product lifecycle management experience from strategy and development through launch and phase-out
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Several years of people leadership experience, including leading and developing Product Management teams
- Business fluent English
