Job Summary
VP Product to own the vision, strategy, and execution of Greyparrot’s dual-pronged product ecosystem. Lead the roadmap and architecture connecting hardware Analyser units, AI/data extraction, Analyser operator portal, and the Deepnest packaging intelligence platform. Own platform data architecture, collaborate with Deepnest PM, ensure design/UX grounded in data models, translate commercial requirements into technically grounded decisions, and build a high-impact product management/design team. Drive data-driven KPIs, PLG indicators, client retention, and data accuracy while engaging with enterprise sustainability and operations executives on-site at recycling facilities and in boardrooms. Requires deep ML/vision/data pipelines expertise, experience with hardware-software integration, and ability to sequence roadmaps across upstream/downstream dependencies for multiple buyer personas. Based in London with hybrid remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Head of Product, or Director)
- deep technical fluency in ML lifecycles, computer vision, data labeling pipelines, edge-AI computing
- experience scaling data platform products with upstream/downstream dependencies
- experience owning B2B data products serving multiple buyer types
- experience defining monetization strategies for hybrid hardware+SaaS models
- ability to align hardware retrofit/firmware with cloud software
