Job Summary
VP Product & Engineering at KoRo owns the entire product and engineering org end-to-end, sets the product vision across customer experience, ERP/operational backbone, integrations, and data, and leads a leadership team (Director Engineering, Director Data, Head of Product Management). You drive a single, prioritized roadmap balancing customer experience, operations, integrations, and data, connect product outcomes to the P&L, own delivery and architecture quality across front-end and back-end, champion ERP and integration work for scaling across markets, build an experimentation culture with rapid validation, scale SKUs and the data foundation, and partner with marketing, commercial, operations, and finance to align product, engineering, and data with business goals. You’ll also lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring performance and localization across a European footprint, with fluency in English and German as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams
- Deep product leadership (Director/VP level) in D2C, e-commerce, or marketplace
- Proven track record of owning products against hard commercial KPIs (conversion, retention, revenue)
- Fluency with experimentation and data-informed decision-making
- Enough technical depth to discuss architecture and trade-offs across front-end and back-end systems
- German is a plus; fluent English
- Ability to translate business needs into product, engineering, and data priorities
