Job Summary
As VP, Product Design for Informatica within Salesforce, lead the overall user experience across the portfolio, shaping design vision and strategy for data management and GenAI products, building and mentoring a global design team, and partnering with cross-functional groups to deliver end-to-end customer journeys. Responsible for championing customer-centric design, balancing usability, accessibility, personalization, and ethical AI practices while ensuring platform cohesion and scalable design systems. Requires extensive leadership of enterprise software design, deep experience with AI technologies, stakeholder collaboration at the executive level, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact, design-led product outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of UX experience
- Bachelor's or Master's in HCI, Industrial/Visual Design, Behavioral Science, or related discipline
- Experience leading and directing a large UX team
- Experience with user-centered design principles, UX design best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
- Experience contributing to innovative, successful products with AI technologies
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to align and inspire executive and diverse audiences
- Ability to make hard decisions and be accountable
- Understanding of key business metrics and how they connect to design
